    In terms of outcome, it’s best to come with an attitude of curiosity - with as few expectations as possible. Often we have a strict timeline for our healing which is counterintuitive to the wisdom of our bodies and spirits. The more open and receptive we are the more space there is for information to arise that can bring positive change to your personal universe.

  • It’s encouraged to cultivate a sense of support for yourself beforehand, whether this means ensuring some extra space to settle into before and after for reflection, meditation for calm or increased hydration. Above all, compassion for yourself and what’s moving through you as best as possible.
